Achieving a positive change in the physical body requires two things:

-Commitment to a process proven to facilitate change.

-Investing the time required to develop the change.

Luci Bennett has been a practicing physical therapist for 25 years in the field of spinal orthopedics. Her interest in treatment of patients with spinal pain stems from the challenge of making a difference in pain levels and function. The spine is the most complex joint system of the body and the most poorly understood. The key to making a difference and achieving a higher success rate is patient education. It is difficult to find and present good information that is relevant to an individual's needs. This website is dedicated to facilitating positive change with information supported by good research.

Luci Bennett graduated from Texas Woman's University in 1989 with a bachelors of science in physical therapy. She completed a 2 year residency program in 1997 and received a Masters of Orthopedic Manual Therapy from OGI. In 2003, she passed the certification exam from the American Physical Therapy Association for Orthopedic Specialization and recently re-certified in 2012 for the next 10 year period. She participates in a variety of continuing education classes and workshops for improving her knowledge base and manual therapy skills in the area of spinal therapy on a yearly basis.
